CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

WEATHER POLICY

The Parking Lot Social is a rain or shine event. The event will go ahead unless deemed unsafe to do so. In the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain/winds, or other extreme weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We reserve the right to postpone or bring forward the event start/finish time or individual session times to minimise the impact of potential weather interruptions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, sms, and an update on the Facebook event page.

DATE CHANGE POLICY

On occasion we may have to reschedule the event. If this new date does not work for ticket holders they are welcome to transfer into an equivalent session (subject to availability) on any other upcoming date of the tour, including dates in other locations. The Parking Lot Social will not be responsible for any consequential losses incurred as a result of a date change (cost of hotels, travel etc).

SESSION TIME CHANGE POLICY

For logistical reasons we may need to change the time of your session, either moving the start time forward or moving it backward. We will endeavor to give as much notice of these time changes as possible.

EVENT LINEUP CHANGES

The Company reserves the right to alter, substitute or withdraw elements of the advertised performance and/or lineup where operational reasons make this necessary. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled for any reason all customers will receive an automatic refund of all ticket costs and fees.

RELEASE OF LIKENESS

By attending the event you are consenting to photography and filming by The Parking Lot Social that may be used for promotional purposes.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Entry to the event is at the sole discretion of The Parking Lot Social. Staff reserve the right to eject any guests without refund for reasons of security and/or safety.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owners. The Parking Lot Social cannot be held responsible for any loss/theft, damage to property, or injuries that occur at the event. By purchasing a ticket for The Parking Lot Social the driver and all passengers attending the event are accepting these terms
